How to Order
Simply email us your order.
Please include in your order email: 1. Your name & shipping address 2. Item number/ description/ colour 3. Quantity 4. Size (if applicable) 5. Preferred delivery (normal or registered mail) 6. Any other remarks
We will confirm your order and details of our POSB bank account in a return email.
Pls make payment to our bank account within 2 days. If you are unable to do so, pls inform us accordingly so that we can hold the reservation for you.
Domestic Shipping Orders will be shipped within 3 days after payment has been received and cleared.
For urgent orders, pls mailto:lildressshoppe@yahoo.com.sg and we will try to expedite it for you. We recommend registered mail as we do not wish to be held responsible for loss of articles during transit. For registered mail, it will be an additional SGD2.50 per order.
International Shipping
Pls enquire and we will try our best to assist you. Cancellation/ Exchange & Return We are unable to accommodate cancellation of order after payment has been made unless the item is unavailable. In this case, we will refund the amount paid.
You may however exchange for another size or colour if your order has not been shipped, subject to stock availability.
If you are not happy or satisfied after you have received your item, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve it for you.
We can only accept exchange or return for the following: 1. The wrong item has been delivered 2. There is significant quality or manufacturing defect in the item
Please inform us promptly and return the item via normal post within 7 days from the date of receipt.
To qualify for an exchange or return, the item has to be returned in its original and sellable condition with its tag/ packaging intact. Please return the item only after receiving our confirmation.
In the case of exchange, should the item becomes unavailable, we will refund you the amount paid.
Special Notes: Colour Although we take care to ensure that the pcitures reflect the actual item as accurately as possible, please note that the actual colours may still differ due to difference in monitor settings. We do not accept return or exchange for this reason.
